Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using DealGro ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
DealGro is a commercial real estate deal-sourcing platform that monitors listing sites, broker networks, and off-market sources to deliver matching listings to subscribers based on their configured buy box criteria.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service.
4. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.
5. Subscription and Payment
DealGro is a paid subscription service billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the rate displayed at checkout. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Free Trial
If offered, a free trial provides full access to the Service for the stated duration. You will not be charged until the trial ends. If you cancel before the trial expires, no charge will be applied.
7. Data Accuracy and Limitations
Listing data is sourced from third-party platforms and broker networks. DealGro does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing information. Users should independently verify all listing details before making investment decisions.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Resell, redistribute, or scrape listing data obtained through the Service
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
9. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by DealGro and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DealGro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. DealGro does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
